We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Service Department Business Development Center. This is a great opportunity to start your career in automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
In this role, you will assist customers in maintaining their vehicles and scheduling repairs. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. Spends majority of time on inbound and outbound phone calls, following scripts and utilizing multiple computer programs.
Position is Part Time
Pay is hourly, plus bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, generate service appointments and log all customer comments
- Answer customer calls, texts and emails; also establish follows-up with service.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an a service consultation or no-show
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, service advisors and dealership management
- Utilize BDC tracking system daily
Skills / Requirements
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
