Job Summary:
As a Certified Automotive Technician with us, you'll take on the responsibility of servicing our valued customers' vehicles with precision and care, all within a fast-paced environment. Plus, you'll get to work with your own trusted tools.

As an Automotive Technician, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Expertly performing repairs on all car and light truck systems.
- Collaborating on vehicle inspections.
- Maintaining a pristine, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
- Keeping open lines of communication with store leadership and customer service advisors regarding service work status.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and potentially repairing key components, including Engine Performance, Suspension and Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating and Air Conditioning, and Brake Systems.
- Strong communication skills for seamless interaction with store leadership, fellow teammates, vendors, and customers.
- A hunger for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest technical information and techniques.
- A positive demeanor and a friendly approach to interactions with guests, vendors, leadership, and teammates.

Experience Required & Education/Training Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of automotive experience.
- Preferably, possession of at least 3 ASE certifications in Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning, or Brakes. If not certified, a willingness and ability to obtain the first ASE certification within the initial 3 months of employment.
- A degree from an automotive technical or trade school is advantageous.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, maintained throughout employment.
