We are also offering a Sign on Bonus of $1,500. We are looking for people that like the automotive industry and enjoy working with customers and other employees. Sales Consultants get on-site training, in person Toyota and Stellantis training, online Toyota-led and Stellantis-led training classes. This entry-level position will be responsible for taking care of customers in Minot Automotive Center Sales Department where we sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles. This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive sales. Experience is NOT required for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
  • Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
  • Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • English speaking with bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
  • Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
  • Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to input customer information.
  • Mathematics – calculating sales payments.
  • Basic computer skills.
